At Lily Blanche, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original Lily Blanche gift box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
